It seems that ever since I upgraded my Razer Blackwidow Config software to the 'Razer Synapse 2.0' program, my Razer Blackwidow keyboard has been randomly entering keys by itself.Like, I'll just be in the middle of typing something like this, and it'll randomly stick a '7' in. Or some other key. It's not just letter keys either; Three times now it has randomly pressed F11 in the middle of typing, causing Chrome to go full screen. Any ideas what's going on?I tried looking in Razer's support, but it's only general FAQ/troubleshooting, and I can't find where to contact any kind of 'tech support'.
Going to try reinstalling the software and see if that works. Can you try to clean/fix your Registry with program such as CCleaner(Also run your Virus scan!)? After that uninstall Synapse 2.0 and get the older drivers which were just for the keyboard. Synapse is completely useless imo.Edit: If that doesn't work, try a different keyboard(like a normal office keyboard to rule out that if it's the keyboard or your PC. If it's keyboard, RMA it. If PC, reinstall Windows.I'm pretty sure I don't have any kind of virus/spyware.

Step One - Determine Your Hinge StyleHinges are the small plastic clips located underneath each key. Most laptops use multiple keyboard manufacturers, so replacement keys are not a universal fit! Ordering by your laptop model alone is not enough. You must read and follow the instructions carefully to assure you select the correct replacement kit for your specific machine.Begin by determining the size of the missing key you need and checking the images under the corresponding column. Once you find an image that matches the shape of your hinge, the letter/number code under the 'Type' column will represent your hinge type! Once you determine your hinge type, all other keys on your keyboard will also be the same. Our comparison table shows both the hinge shape as well as the same area without the hinge.
Most alphanumeric keys will use a hinge shape located under the 'Normal Key' column. Larger keys (Enter, Backspace, etc.) will generally use hinges similar to those shown under the 'Large Key' column.
Small keys (such as the top row function keys) will use hinges under the 'Small Key' column. Bottom row hinge shapes and some larger keys may not be presented. We show only the most common hinge shapes that cover 90% of keys. If yours doesn't match or you are unsure in any way, do not guess! Simply contact us and we'll help you find the right part!.All purchases include the key cap, hinge piece(s) and rubber cup! Please note: Not all hinge shapes and styles may be shown. If your missing keys do not match any of the images, please to verify your product!
Step Three – Complete Your PurchaseChoose the hinge type and key required as well as any additional options, then click “Add to Cart”. You can continue browsing and selecting additional key replacement kits or proceed to our secure checkout process. You will have a chance to review your entire order before completing your purchase. Although we strive to maintain full and accurate inventory at all times, we may encounter instances where your product is unexpectedly out of stock. If a specific item is unavailable, we will ship or suggest compatible alternatives which may contain extra characters, vary slightly in color, etc (does not affect functionality). Any completely out of stock products will be placed on back order and shipped once available or refunded in full if new inventory is not expected within a reasonable time frame.
