Picture numbering from 1 and continue to 3. I used the class name mid-ol. There is another approach that I've stumbled across when trying to answer my own question.I should note that the discussion here helped me answer my question there, although they are different questions they have similar answers; so, thank you to those contributing to the discussion on this thread for your help.My solution, instead of attributing classes to the list parts of the HTML, attributes a class to the element which is breaking the elements in two. For example, the breaking element might be moved, removed, etc., but there's then little maintenance required for the.To not duplicate discussion in two places, I'll let anyone interested peruse the discussion and example code on the other thread. The combination of ol +.mid-ol + ol can then be used in the CSS.To me this was more satisfactory than changing the character of the elements, as the list may exist and persist despite the breaking element.

In the last sale I decided to finally pick up this excellent game after having played it quite a bit on my 360. As the title suggests I'm looking for some important mods that are (obviously) only available on PC.Checked nexusmods quickly and since I'm not really looking for serious graphic overhauls/tweaks, I'll probably just slap on 'Dragon Age Redesigned', if there's anything wrong with it or a better alternative, please tell me:)Mostly wondering if there were any big gameplay-altering mods, be they combat or story-wise, f.e. The 'Morrigan Restoration Patch' caught my eye if I read correctly what it does.Any other mod suggestions would ofc also be greatly appreciated, thanks:).
Here's the bunch I use. All of them are in Nexus except for Awakenings Abilities and tuckedhair which are hosted in social.bioware. Most of them are self-explanatory, but I'll specify a bit:- Slap Morrigan- No Helmet Hack- Metagame Items.
Mods make up almost 50% of my enjoyment with this game. They remove a lot of the arbitrary restrictions put in the final game and open up a lot more play options. I know I would have liked a list like this one when starting with the game.As for graphic mods the ones I use are Redesigned and the HD textures one, but I remember being a very good one for atmospheric tweaks. I'll look it up.EDIT: www.nexusmods.comBe advised though, all those mods make my game crash almost every time I enter something reasonably big like Denerim. There's a fixed.exe floating around these forums, but I'm almost positive it messes with installed mods. Gotta try it a bit more, but I'll maybe just end up switching to Origin. Dragon Age was a good game for it's time. Sure it had it's short comings and issues, that and by todays standards outdated visually (hence graphic mods) but the mod community put a lot of effort to fix some of Bioware's faults (some of their choices were pretty poor) and opened up more variety that the game tends to limit in it's vanilla form. Only downside is some mods get picky with one another so you'll want to read up and remember which mods you're using so you know which ones gel together and which ones are just going to crash the game or simply not work.Me personally I just used the visual mods, some tweaks (such as combat tactics) and fixes to the game (Morrigan's mod) since I don't like straying too far from the source material. Course I could always just make a second copy of the game (some mods are just easier to work with this way) but my laptop only has 1TB of storage space set up in a partition, and I've already ate up at least 70% between games and the other junk I have on here XD. Dragon Age doesn't have Workshop support, probably due to how the game is designed it's not particularly Workshop friendly (then again, Bioware's games have gotten kind of anti-mod friendly to my understanding), can probably add EA in there as another reason for no Workshop support, so you'll just have to go to Nexus or even Bioware's social site to look for mods, or just ask for recommended ones here and either hope people post links to it or give you the exact mod name so you can look it up yourself. @Shiro - There's an advance tactics mod that helps fix up and expands on the tactics section (haven't tried it too much since I haven't really sat down and played it, just finished getting Morrigan into the party), also the lock bash mod is handy.
You won't be required to have someone who can pick locks in your party anymore, you can just bash them open. Where chests go there's always the chance that items will break, so there's a risk-reward bit there, though no idea if it's balanced or not, but probably doesn't matter much. Those are really the only ones I can recommend myself (mostly just have subtle mods for mine, I like keeping my game vanilla, but have the odd mods that alter annoyances or add something that felt missing). There's probably some others, there's a list on the first page with a bunch of mods worth noting that do both game altering and visuals.
The BETA is over! Qwinn's Ultimate Dragon Age Origins Fixpack v3.2 released!?Both the v3.1 BETA and the new v3.2 added a ton of new fixes and restorations over the original v3.0 BETA.Here's the introduction to the README (which is insanely long).
Combat Tweaks Dragon Age
I hope everyone who tries it enjoys! And if you have any issues, please report them at the Nexus forums, I intend to keep watching for quite some time.Qwinn's Ultimate Dragon Age: Origins FixpackAuthor: Paul Escalona (aka Qwinn)Original Release Date: April 15, 2010Current Release Date: July 23, 2017Current Version#: 3.2DONATIONS APPRECIATED:This Fixpack took almost all of my nights and weekends (and even sick and vacation days) for six months just in 2017, while also being fully employed. I intend to maintain and add to this Fixpack as needed and requested by players for some time, but eventually I will of course tire. Donations would be very appreciated and would help put that day off considerably. Thanks in advance!WHAT IT DOES, AND WHAT TO EXPECT:This fixpack attempts to address ALL dialogue, quest, scripting, plot, and MOST item bugs in the base game of Dragon Age: Origins.
As of version 3.2 it fixes more than 770 such bugs. It also attempts to restore any cut content that is consistent with all existing content, and that doesn't appear to have been cut for any reason other than time or budget constraints.Note that my intent here is to fix the game, not tweak it to my liking.
I only change something if I believe the game's behavior in any given instance was more than likely -not intended- by the developers. In other words, I try to fix bugs.
As opposed to, 'I forgot to talk to the guy in the Lothering Chantry for the Blackstone Irregulars and now I can't get back to him, that's a bug, fix it!' That was actually intended, as is clear if you read the completed failed entry for that quest. Now, if I make a change to something that someone believes was intended, please do offer up arguments/evidence in support of that in the comments section where you downloaded this or any other forum I may come up with to support this Fixpack. I enjoy hashing that sort of thing out.I have no future plans to do fixpacks for Awakening, DLC, Dragon Age 2 or Inquisition unless Bioware would like to pay me a fair wage to do so. Bioware, consider this my resumeWHAT IT DOESN'T DO:This fixpack makes no attempt to fix combat mechanics.
It also makes no changes to graphics, textures or morphs. Any mods that make those sorts of fixes.should.
Dragon Age Origins Combat Tactics
be fully compatible. There's a few I have questions about.
Most of the mods I've installed are pretty tightly scoped except a few. Guessing it won't conflict since it's just adding things into the base game?. I don't think this should either.
This one probably does in places, but probably nothing game-breaking. (But might conflict badly with Even More Advanced Tactics.). This one looks like it should be conflict city, but it has a large number of small, tightly scoped items. It should be possible to take out the things that cause problems and leave the rest. Guessing this doesn't conflictBut what's weird is that I've been running into conflicts amongst my other mods. Renaming folders to mess with the load order in my override folder has effects in game, but I don't know if I'm disabling pieces of one mod to enable another one. I'm guessing I probably am, but I don't have any files that conflict by name in my override folder. And I know a lot of this isn't related to your mod.
It just seems like there's not a lot of information to dig into about it.However, I'm not entirely adverse to getting intimate with the DA Toolset. I just have to figure out how to use it, and if I can even do anything with it without the sources to the various mods.At any rate, thanks for your time, and thanks for your mods! I always know I'm going to see something good when you start a thread in here.BTW, if you can't modify the thread title, it might be worth pinging the mods to do it for you.

You will likely also want these. Both mods are modular. You can install what you want.
They are also compatible together, as far as you are using compatibility file from Dain's Fixes. Dragon Age Rules Fixpack by gastankBug fixes in DARF are solid and working. Sadly, tweaks are not working equally well. I can recommend bug fixes, but adding some of the tweaks can cause glitches in game. Dain's Fixes by dainbramageThis pack fixes plenty of bugs that were not fixed in DARF.
It is a newer mod. There are cases where mods have overlapping bug fixes. I would recommend using solutions from Dain's Fixes in those cases. On top of ones listed i would say.-Improved Atmosphere is a must for me.-Grey Wardens of Ferelden & Templars of Ferelden mod because the only armour i liked in DA 2 was the armour they wore.-Armor of the Devout a good set for leliana-Noble Couslands of Ferelden because i normal play human male or female-Armored Ogres of Ferelden This mod will change all Ogres in the game into their Armored Variant from Awakening i pick the one that just changes Leutenant and Boss ranked Ogres.-Bug fixes for Awakening. Thanks I'll give them a look. For a first run? NO MODS.My latest run:4GB patch (no more crashes!). Nobody mentioned this?? Needed if you mod your game!Dragon Age Redesigned (not recommended on a first run)Improved Atmosphere (not recommended on a first run)PT's Vibrant ColorsMore HairstylesTucked Hair (Was needed for Dragon Age Redesigned if 'aestethics version' is chosen). No Helmet Hack (because they are ugly. Especially mage caps, light armors and the winged helmets)Golden Egg (many moneys!! (not recommended on first run)Hsli Sexy Robes (Not lore friendly but a few nice mage robes/rogue clothing) (when you get later in the game and are bored of the looks).Extra dog slot.
Some people had weird bugs if installed before actually meeting dog so, beware. Originally posted by:For a first run?

I'd recommend not going crazy with mods if it's your first playthrough, but there are several that can definitely be considered essential depending on what you're looking for. As far as graphics and gameplay go, here are some that haven't been listed yet:.
www.nexusmods.comThis is a must-have if you have no other texture mods. Origins is an amazing game, but the vanilla textures are horribly outdated. This replaces all of the low-res textures with high-res versions and is probably the most popular texture mod out there. www.nexusmods.comThis one really expands the tactics system and follower/AI behavior. It's really useful if you're playing on a harder difficulty and need to strategize. www.nexusmods.comThe creator of this mod tries not to stray too much from vanilla gameplay, but they've adjusted quite a few things to make combat more enjoyable while still maintaining a good overall balance. www.nexusmods.comThis fixes a lot of bugs and adds a few minor dialogue options.
There's an optional file that restores some unused dialogue from the game files as well. And here are some smaller mods that are less essential but still nice to have:. www.nexusmods.comFor some reason, Sten is the only character that doesn't get two specialization points. This fixes that.
www.nexusmods.comThis modifies some item and ability descriptions by giving more detailed information on their effects. www.nexusmods.comThis is a really well-done equipment icon overhaul if you get tired of some of the more overused icons in the game. www.nexusmods.comThis is useful if you're playing an Arcane Warrior, though I can't remember if there were any compatibility issues with Combat Tweaks. Just make sure to read through the descriptions of any mods you install, and check for compatibility fixes if they're listed.
Dragon Age Origins Mod Advanced Tactics
www.nexusmods.comI'm all for immersion and medieval era realism in Origins, but I find the vanilla teeth textures to be distracting. There are a couple of different teeth mods out there, so you'll have to use your own judgement here. www.nexusmods.comThis one makes the list simply because I'm a fan of the badass deathblow animations. There are four different files you can choose from, ranging from having all melee kills forced into deathblows to having deathblow animations on just boss mobs. It's far from my full mod list, but I tried to pick out a few good ones that hadn't been mentioned yet.
There are a lot of other small bug fixes that are worth checking out but would be too tedious to list here. If you're interested in looking at more, I'd recommend just going through the top files on Nexus Mods or reading through on Reddit. Good luck with your modding!
